Returnpolicy

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. A return case must first be opened with our customer service team, and a copy of the receipt or order confirmation is required. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected, and exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products reported within the 20-day period. In addition, all products are covered by a one-year limited warranty, during which we will repair or replace defective items at no extra cost to the customer.
